RocketBoard is an all-in-one ERP platform for growing SMEs. It connects your sales, inventory, finance, HR, workflow, and delivery into a single system — so your team isn't juggling five different tools and a WhatsApp group.

RocketBoard supports English as the primary interface language. Document templates (invoices, delivery orders) can be configured to suit your business requirements.

Platform & Features

RocketBoard includes six core modules: CRM & Sales, Inventory, Finance, Workflow, HRMS, and Delivery. Each module is fully integrated — changes in one module automatically update the others.
Yes. RocketBoard's finance module supports Malaysia e-Invoice (LHDN compliant) and SST, and is ready for Singapore GST requirements. Your invoices are always generated in the correct format for your market.
Yes. RocketBoard is fully responsive and works on mobile browsers. Delivery drivers can capture proof-of-delivery via mobile, and managers can check dashboards from anywhere.
Yes. The CRM module syncs WhatsApp conversations to customer records, so your sales team has full context without switching apps. Automated reminders can also be sent via WhatsApp.
RocketBoard has its own finance module that handles invoicing, payments, and reporting. We offer export formats compatible with common accounting tools. Full API integration is available on enterprise plans.

Implementation & Onboarding

Most businesses are up and running within 1–2 weeks. We handle the initial configuration, data migration, and staff training. For complex setups (multiple warehouses, custom workflows), allow 3–4 weeks.
Yes. Onboarding includes hands-on training for your team, role-specific walkthroughs, and video guides. Ongoing training is available for new staff.
Yes. We handle data migration as part of the onboarding process — including your customer list, product catalog, and historical stock. We'll work with whatever format you have.
Ongoing support via WhatsApp, email, and scheduled calls. Most issues are resolved within 1 business day. Critical issues are prioritized for same-day response.

Yes. We offer a guided demo and a trial period so you can see exactly how RocketBoard fits your workflow before committing. Contact us to get started.
No. Your quote includes setup, onboarding, and ongoing support. We're upfront about costs. The only additional charges would be for custom development you specifically request.
You own your data. If you cancel, we provide a full export of all your records in standard formats (CSV, Excel). We retain your data for 90 days post-cancellation for re-activation, then it is permanently deleted.
